Have suffered with chronic constipation my whole life.. I am 68 years old. I have tried linzess which worked for about 1 year and now stopped working .. have tried montegrity and trulance and amitza… nothing!!I don’t know what else to do.. have started drinking high fiber powder drinks which makes me go but it is quite difficult to pass stool. Tried stool softeners, milk of magnesia and magnesium pills and senna.. at a loss as what to do . The only thing that works is a stimulant laxative . Looking for suggestions.. looking for a miracle at this point! Please help to advise me if you can relate and offer something that can relieve this chronic condition. Thank you
